Solar powered LED traffic bollard

 Internally illuminated, completely self-contained and solar powered, the Evo-S is one of the most innovative passively safe bollards in our range. Fully compliant and independently tested for use on the UK highway, the Evo-S comes complete with an illuminated D610 Keep Left roundel on the front and plain black back, with many other variants are available.

Illuminated Sign Face

The Evo-S is perfect for all locations where a lit bollard is required to direct and inform traffic flow. An ideal energy saving replacement for traditional illuminated shell bollards, the Evo-S is available in single sided and double sided (Evo-S Plus) options. Please note that only the front roundel is illuminated.

Each bollard comes complete with the patented base and can be surface mounted using the fixing kit or in the case of new build locations, is installed using the cast-in cage.

Highly visible

Standing around a meter tall and displaying a 300mm internally illuminated sign make the EVO-S a highly visible and effective sign bollard day and night.

Crash tested

The EVO-S has been both scientifically and real world tested to withstand impacts and return to an upright stance. The EVO-S has achieved BS EN 12767:2007 to 100:NE:4

Replace mains powered traffic bollards and SAVE

The EVO-S is the perfect choice to to replace traditional base lit bollards by using the Universal Converter plate. This  allows easy installation without the need to excavate or remove the existing light box / baselight and delivers an illuminated traffic sign.

Built for Harsh Environments – IP56

As part of our ongoing commitment to quality, we periodically test at random products we produce. Here we are verifying the IP rating of the electrical components in the Evo-S Solar traffic bollard. Visually confirming IP5X Dust Protected i.e. dust must not enter in sufficient quantity to interfere with the satisfactory operation of the equipment. Then testing to IPX6 using the 3-minute water jet test to confirm Water Protected i.e. powerful jets (12.5 mm (0.49 in)) against the enclosure from any direction shall have no harmful effects.

Bollard Conversion Plate
